Reaching thousands with one mission: increasing mental health conversations every day, not just in crisis. In 2024, your support helped us:

  • Educate 9,309 individuals through proactive suicide prevention and mental health programs

  • Distribute 30,000+ resources to schools, workplaces, and community spaces

  • Impact over 150,000 lives through outreach, events, and digital tools

Hope for the Day (H.F.T.D) is a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. Through outreach, education, and action, we can equip people with the right tools to be proactive in their communities.

Together, we can break the silence around mental health.

Use our Resource Compass to search for free and reduced-cost mental health resources in your community.

Hope for the Day’s programming addresses some of the challenges individuals face in navigating their mental health.

Through outreach, we are raising the visibility of resources that are available and through our education, we are teaching individuals the tools they need to support themselves and those around them.

Every donation makes a difference!

  • $500 covers a full mental health resource kit to a school.

  • $200 funds a community with a free mental health education workshop.

  • $50 fills a classroom with mental health resources.

  • $10 gives one individual access to our E-learning Workshop.
